CUPA-HR Midwest Region Awards/Recognitions Program
Each year the Midwest Region of CUPA-HR strives to recognize and award the achievements of its members in a variety of categories. These categories reflect areas of achievement in both institutional and individual activities. The Midwest Region needs your assistance in identifying and nominating members and member institutions that have excelled in the following categories and should be considered for an award or recognition:
- Excellence in Human Resource Management Practices Award (Sponsored by VALIC)
- Successful Practices Award
- Midwest Region Outstanding Service Award
- Chapter Distinguished Service Award
- Midwest Retiree Lifetime Membership
Awards will be presented at the Midwest CUPA-HR regional conference to be held at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, May 6-8, 2012. A committee comprised of three past chairs of the Midwest Region Board of Directors selects the recipients.
Complete the 2012 nomination form by February 15, 2012.
Individuals may be considered for separate recognition categories if they have made separate contributions; however and individual cannot be considered for separate awards for the same activity. There is no limit to the number of nominations that you may submit.
