CUPA-HR Midwest Region Awards/Recognitions Program
Each year the Midwest Region of CUPA-HR strives to recognize and award the achievements of its members in a variety of categories. These categories reflect areas of achievement in both institutional and individual activities. The Midwest Region needs your assistance in identifying and nominating members and member institutions that have excelled in the following categories and should be considered for an award or recognition:
Awards will be presented at the Midwest CUPA-HR regional conference to be held at Minneapolis Marriott City Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, April 11-14, 2010. A committee comprised of three past chairs of the Midwest Region Board of Directors selects the recipients.
Complete the 2010 nomination form (PDF or Word document) and submit it to Julie Jenson as directed on the bottom of the form by January 15, 2010. The nomination should include a description of why you believe the individual(s) should be considered. Individuals may be considered for separate recognition categories if they have made separate contributions; however and individual cannot be considered for separate awards for the same activity. There is no limit to the number of nominations that you may submit.
